Caitlin Connolly

I was born and raised in upstate NY where I obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology. I later went on to obtain my Masters degree in Social Work from the State University of New York (SUNY) Albany. I relocated to the Pacific Northwest over 15 years ago and consider our charming corner of the country home.  I have had the pleasure of working in many areas of Social Work to include: Addictions, Mental Health, Corrections, Medical Social Work and Developmental Disabilities. In my personal time, I enjoy taking in the beautiful scenery of the PNW whether it be behind the lens of a camera, by foot in the Cascades or by paddle on the sound with my trusty four legged companion.

I wanted a perfect ending. Now I’ve learned, the hard way, that some poems don’t rhyme, and some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next.
Delicious Ambiguity.”
